Good Samaritan and Sanford Health Care Merge

In late September of 2017 Good Samaritan and Sanford had began construction to unite the two companies. This merging of the companies have united nearly 50,000 employees in 26 states. Kelby Krabbenhoft, Sanford Health president and CEO says, “We know that bringing these two organizations under one umbrella has many benefits for those we serve. Being on the forefront of the changing healthcare landscape made this historic opportunity a reality.”

The company has its employees turn their attention to the senior care for the improvement. 

Randy Bury had transitioned to president for Good Samaritan from his previous role as Sanford’s chief administration officer. 

The company is currently talking with other health care systems to further more merging to further more.
