1.- Dome Fuji, Antarctica -93.2

This is by far one of the coldest places, and you can only last five minutes in this without getting frostbite.

2.- Mount McKinley, Alaska -73.8

This is the second coldest place and you can last ten minutes without getting frostbite.

3.- Klinck research station, Greenland -69.4

This is the third coldest place, you can last up to ten minutes without getting frostbite.

4.- Verkhoyansk, Russia -69.

This is the fourth coldest place, in this extreme cold you can only last about ten minutes without getting frostbite.

5.- Snag, Yukon, Canada -62.7

This is the fifth coldest place, and you can last around 10-15 minutes without getting frostbite.

    It is very interesting to know the coldest places in the world and how cold they really are. I found it interesting that you could only last 5 minutes at Dome Fuji because of its incredible temperature of -93.2 degrees -(C or F). Dome Fuji also sticks out because it is the only location listed in the southern hemisphere. All of the others are north, but the number one coldest spot is south. I think it is strange that the temperatures, from top to bottom, decrease vey fast, but level out around -65 degrees (C or F).
