On Jan 17th, an Indiana man was arrested and charged with neglect after his four-year old son was seen on video holding a Smith & Wesson handgun. According to the Beech Grove Police Department, the gun wasn’t loaded but had 15 rounds in the chamber. The father, 45 year-old Shane Osborne, claims that he didn’t know about the gun being in the house. He is being “charged with neglect of a dependent, a felony” according to the Beech Grove Police Department.
