Seven humanitarian aid workers from the World Central Kitchen were recently killed by the Israeli military in Gaza. The victims were British, Polish Australian, Palestinian, and Canadian/American, and included Saifeddin Issam Ayad Abutaha (25), Lalzawmi Frankcom (43), Damian Soból (35), Jacob Flickinger (33), John Chapman (57), James Henderson (33), and James Kirby (47). The charity team was authorized by the Israeli Military, and the vehicle used was clearly marked.
The Prime Minister of Israel has acknowledged that the Israeli military killed innocent people, says BBC. He says that they will do everything in their power to prevent it from happening again, yet many are skeptical since nearly 200 Aid workers have died due to the Israeli military since October. Joe Biden has stated that he is devastated by the deaths of these humanitarian workers, and the United States will continue to send aid to Palestinian civilians in Gaza.
