Interstate 84 near Multnomah Falls, Oregon closed on Thursday(2/13) due to 100+ cars and semis crashing one after another creating a pileup due to the low visibility and slick roads during the ‘whiteout conditions’.
“Everyone was able to get out of the SUV” stated the Multnomah sheriff’s office after one SUV burst into flames due to the damage. First responders urged drivers to stay in their vehicles for safety until the road cleared. No deaths have been reported but other injuries were reported though an exact number has not yet been determined. I-84 has since been reopened for use.
