Cecelia Hillyer, Journalist
Cecelia Hillyer is a journalist for the RHS Nationalist. She has been writing for the newspaper for the last semester and has written over a dozen news stories. She loves to write stories that people might find interesting and want to read. She spends most of her time hanging out with her best friend and listening to music.
